This filling machine was born from the long experience of Co.Pack of over 25 years, allowing us to design and manufacture this type of machine in an increasingly innovative way, adapting the dispensers according to the customer's needs.

ROTOFILL E1000 is a filling machine built to dose inside bottles of various sizes and screw caps, in fact, thanks to a simple and extremely compact layout, a format change can be carried out in a short time due to its highly sought-after simplicity of use.

This liquid dispenser model has inherited the same logic as our FILL L0 small filling machine, in fact, also ROTOFILL E1000, thanks to the electronic control, maintains a constant centesimal precision for each dose performed.

Furthermore, thanks to the S.M.A.R.T. FILL, it will be easy to set the machine to start the production cycle due to its user-friendly procedure, saving a lot of time and discarded product.

The working groups are 2:

• Dosing group
• Screwer group

they are both programmable to be included or excluded from the production cycle of the machine, iIn fact, by deactivating the dosing unit, the machine can use the screwing unit to cap and close bottles of various kinds without dosing the liquid product.

Example of using the include/exclude function of work groups

An example of this type of machine work is used by one of our customers who uses the machine for orders with various formats.

The filling machine is mainly used to fill bottles with volumes ranging from 10ml to 200ml and then manually place the cap and tighten with the screwing unit.

However, by taking advantage of the function include / exclude work groups from the production cycle of the machine, our customer deactivates the dosing group, leaving only the screwing group enabled.

It inserts jars filled with a powder product dosed by a MINICOUNTER inside the infeed belt.

Once in the dedicated area, the cap is placed by hand by the operator, and then automatically screwed on by the machine using the screwing unit of the machine.

In this way the machine is highly versatile and adaptable to numerous uses
