ROTOFILL ML ECO, rotary filling machine for dosing liquid and screwing cap on the bottle, made also for pasty and creamy products

ROTOFILL ML ECO is a semi-automatic filling machine, designed to be flexible in settings and format change, as well as being simple to use in production.

An example of pasty and creamy products can be Mascara, Lip gloss or foundation, but this machine is also capable of dosing liquid products such as eyeliner or gel, maintaining the same degree of precision.

The machine is also designed to perform hot dosages, through a hopper heating system.

This machine was created to fill the gap between countertop dosers and an automatic machine, both in terms of production numbers and budget.

ROTOFILL ML ECO is a lower version than the ROTOFILL ML 2100 model, both in terms of productivity and automation, in fact it is a semi-automatic machine where two operators are needed,one operator to insert the empty bottles and remove the full ones, while the other is to place the caps on the bottles.

Despite this, this machine is capable of significantly increasing your production numbers if you use bench filling machine such as PACK ECO or DOSAPACK.

The frame was made entirely of anodized aluminum tubing supported by all the transmission and work groups with mechanical operation.

Pneumatic rotary table made in aluminum with fixed rotation speed, it contains 12 interchangeable pockets for housing the bottles, made of scratch-resistant plastic material.

Work group support surface in aluminum covered with AISI 304 stainless steel sheet.

Filling machine complete with volumetric filling nozzle made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

All parts of the dispenser can be quickly disassembled without tools, thanks to the rapid TRI-CLAMP system.

System complete with suction device that avoids the presence of the dosing "thread/whisker" at the end of the dosing.

Digital thermoregulators, which allow the temperature control of the dosing group.

Bottle cap screwing unit with control unit for tightening torque adjustment, by means of a 3-finger device to close all types of cylindrical or conical caps, even of delicate materials.

Caps complete with brush, manually placed on the mouth of the containers.
