Hydraulically operated compacting station with possibility of adjustment both of the compaction speed and of the number of pressing and working time.

Unwinding and recovery system for compacting ribbon with automatically adjustable working stroke.

Unloading station complete with rotating brushes for cleaning the mold and pans.

Touch Screen control panel, mounted on swing arm, with the possibility of displaying all the working parameters (recipes), production statistical data, alarms and diagnostics.

• Pans feeder, complete with chute and electric vibrator management equipment.
• Automatic loading system for compacting hopper composed of powder loading hopper, capacity about 40 liters, and powder conveyor belt, from the loading hopper to the compactor hopper.

• Automatic godet / bottom discharge system in standard thermoformed products.
