Automatic rotative machine to inject and press wet cosmetic powder in Front Back Injection modality

The machine is designed to inject from 6 to 12 different colors simultaneously (depending on the configuration), using the dosage units.

F (front) B (back) I (injection)  means that you can make two different types of production:

• FRONT, the product is injected into a intermediate plate and then deposited in the pans used for receiving the product;
• BACK, the product is directly injected into the collecting pans, through small holes created in the same pans (usually made in plastic);

The ROTOPACK FBI 2000 2P machine is composed by:

• rotary monoblock;
• injection mold area up to 12 colors, with electronic movement;
• 1 or 2 pressing group (depend on the request);
• Automatic pans loader;
• Group to extract the finished bottoms and unload on a conveyor belt located in the last outgoing station;
• Photoelectric barriers and safety measures according to EEC standards;
• Touchscreen operator panel, to be able to view alarms and machine status reports, access dozens of settable parameters, allowing the machine to adapt better according to the cycle requirements or the product formula.​

The machine must be completed with 1 or 2 COPACK injection cart, these carts are external devices from the main machine, so that for any eventuality it can be moved at will within the department.

The cart is made by:

• 6 electronic programmable injectors;
• 6 hopper with the capacity of 2,5 or 5 liters with electronic mixer device.

This system makes it possible to use a maximum of 2 carts simultaneously, allowing the simultaneous injection of 12 colors at a time, taking advantage of its great versatility due to the various electronic components, it is possible to program the cart according to the customer's needs and the formula of the product..

The FBI L2 machine is fully programmable through the HMI Touchscreen.

ATTENTION:

To use the ROTOPACK FBI 2000 2P machine, the purchase of at least 1 CO.PACK injection cart is required, as the injectors are mounted on this external device to the ROTOPACK FBI 2000 2P structure, without at least 1 CO.PACK injection cart connected to the ROTOPACK FBI 2000 2P, the main machine would be unusable, meanwhile the use of 2 CO.PACK injection cart is not obligatory, but necessary if you intend to inject 12 colors simultaneously.

the main machine can therefore be ordered by adding 1 CO.PACK injection cart.

If you have already purchased 1 or more CO.PACK injection cart and they are available from your company, you can purchase the ROTOPACK FBI 2000 2P individually, and when you intend to use it, simply connect the FBI L2 machine to the cart.

It is possible to interchange the cart between multiple machines, but only 1 CO.PACK injection cart cannot work simultaneously on 2 or more machines, therefore if you have two FBI L2 systems, you must purchase at least 2 carts, one for each main machine, the minimum to start production.
