LINECOUNTER - Automatic in-line dosing machine for powders

This model of powder or grain filling machine is named LINECOUNTER.

Suitable for dosing products in powder and granules.

The LINECOUNTER machine is almost similar to the ROTOCOUNTER model, in fact both models have the same dosing system, therefore the degree of quality in terms of product treatment is identical, they simply differ in shape, as this is our linear powder filling machine model, while the other is the rotary model.

LINECOUNTER differs from our lower model MINICOUNTER in terms of productivity and automation.

Characteristics of the machine

This version of in-line filling machine consists of:

• Conveyor belt for feeding empty packaging, complete with adjustable sides to facilitate any format change;
• Dosing group controlled by a BRUSHLESS motor, equipped with a digital regulation of the pulses and the dosage speed.
• Loading hopper, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, complete with level sensor for automatic product feeding.
• Orbital mixer in the hopper.
• Interchangeable dosing screw made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Device for automatic stop of the bottles under the dosing unit.
• Base in AISI 304 stainless steel.

All parts in contact with the running product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Accident prevention protections according to EEC standards.

Optional for LINECOUNTER machine

it is possible to apply options to make the machine complete in all respects, to implement greater automation of secondary processes for production purposes.

The options are as follows:

• Multi-strand belt, to automate the bottle loading system;
• Rotating table for the recovery of dosed bottles, which serves as a buffer to facilitate the unloading phase.
