ROTOCOUNTER - Rotary powder dosing unit with capping machine

This model of powder or grain filling machine is named ROTOCOUNTER.

Suitable for dosing powder and granular or extruded products.

The ROTOCOUNTER machine is almost similar to the LINECOUNTER model, in fact both models have the same dosing system, therefore the degree of quality in terms of product treatment is identical, they simply differ in shape, since this is our linear powder filling machine model, while the other is the rotary model.

ROTOCOUNTER differs from our lower model MINICOUNTER in terms of productivity and automation.

ROTOCOUNTER filling machine features

Composed by:

• conveyor belt for containers feeding, complete with adjustable small side walls to make easy a possible change of size.
• Rotary unit for the containers movement with 12 or 16 stations.
• Dosing group controlled by a Brushless motor with digital adjustment of the impulses and the dosage speed.
• Loading hopper made of AISI 304 stainless steel, complete with level sensor for the product automatic feeding.
• Orbital mixer inside the hopper.
• Interchangeable dosing screw made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Pick and Place device for the automatic capping, type, with two working axes with vacuum caps pick up through a suction cup.
• Closing head controlled by motor with adjustable driving torque.
• Vibrating caps feeder device complete with orientation group and soundproofing hood.
• Containers vibrating device suitable to settle the product during the dosage.
• Base structure made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel AISI 304.

Safety guards as per CEE rules, complete with lighting devices of machine alarms in cycle or in stop.
