MINICOUNTER 2021 is a recent restyling of our previous model designed, with the aim of improving its practicality of use and the quality of the finished product. All this was possible by integrating better management through electronic controls to control the dosage of the powder inside the packaging.

Characteristics of MINICOUNTER 2021

This auger filling machine is able to fill both plastic and glass jars of various diameters and heights and bags with powdered products, for example eyeshadow in free powder, or grainy product, or pasty products (extruded).

The Minicounter is a auger filling machine suitable for dosing small quantities of powdered products, grains and pastes, starting from a minimum net weight of the product of 0.9 grams up to a maximum of 50 grams, thanks to the correct dimensioning of the auger.

Versatility of use

MINICOUNTER 2021 is a version of one of our powder filling machines in a reduced size.

In fact, compared to the other LINECOUNTER 2001 and ROTOCOUNTER models, it certainly has a lower production capacity, but thanks to its sizing that allows it to be placed on a counter and its versatility for the format change of the packaging, makes this filling machine valid for use both in the laboratory and in the production department, for example in the laboratory, this powder dispenser could be useful to perform tests and see the results of the formula, or to make samples of the finished product, while for production it can be used stand alone, or mounted on a line.

If you need a machine for small production batches and perhaps of a different type, where a frequent format change or color change is required, the Minicounter is perfect due to its simplicity, as well as guaranteeing you an excellent result also in terms of machine cycle times.

Composition of the MINICOUNTER 2021 auger filling machine

The structure of the machine and the parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

An orbital agitator is present inside the hopper, to detach the product from the walls.

The auger rotates thanks to a 3000 rpm Brushless motor, with the possibility of adjusting the dosage and speed via the HMI touchscreen control panel.

The fixing of the hopper allows you to easily use the machine to disassemble the hopper itself and wash it with extreme simplicity.
