ROTOFILL ML 2100, automatic or semi-automatic filling machine suitable for dosing liquid, dense and pasty products

ROTOFILL ML 2100 is particularly suitable for the production of mascara, lip-gloss, eye-liner, foundation, and similar products.

The machine has many years of experience in filling, capping and screwing this category of products.

Among the most effective innovations there are certainly: precise and flexible dosing system, management of packaging diversity with very high flexibility and format changes at an affordable price, multifunctional finished product unloader.

Modularity is another strong point of the ROTOFILL ML 2100 among which it is possible to choose between different optional modules to be connected to the rotary monoblock.

Optional that can be integrated with the filling machine

The ROTOFILL ML2100 filling machine is designed to apply different automatic devices to automate processes, depending on the customer's needs.

In fact we will configure the machine tailored to the requests with the following devices:

• automatic loader for:

1. bottles;
2. wipers;
3. caps;

• product loading hopper lifter;
• sticker applicator at the bottom of the bottle.
• The filling machine has a dedicated interface to connect an electronic CO.PACK dispenser external to the machine such as:

1. DOSAPACK E1000 which allows you to fill bottles over 200 ml, even 1 liter;
2. FILL L0 which allows you to fill bottles with constant centesimal precision (0.01 ml).

• Flow sensor, which records and displays the volume of each individual dose with an accuracy of one thousandth of a ml (0.001 ml).
