Semiautomatic Machine made for the injection and press of cosmetic powders like eye shadow (FRONT BACK SIDE injection)

The machine is designed to inject from 6 to 12 colors at the same time (depending on the configuration).

F (front) B (back) I (injection)  means that you can make two different types of production:

• FRONT, the product is injected into a intermediate plate and then deposited in the pans used for receiving the product;
• BACK, the product is directly injected into the collecting pans, through small holes created in the same pans (usually made in plastic);

The machine must be completed with 1 or 2 injection cart, these carts are external devices from the main machine, so that for any eventuality it can be moved at will within the department.

The cart is made by:

• 6 electronic programmable injectors;
• 6 hopper with the capacity of 2,5 or 5 liters with electronic mixer device.

This system makes it possible to use a maximum of 2 carts simultaneously, allowing the simultaneous injection of 12 colors at a time, taking advantage of its great versatility due to the various electronic components, it is possible to program the cart according to the customer's needs and the formula of the product..

The FBI L2 machine is fully programmable through the HMI Touchscreen.

RECENTLY CO.PACK HAS STUDIED THE POSSIBILITY OF PERFORM ALSO THE SIDE INJECTION TECHNOLOGY WITH THE USE OF THE CORRECT MOLD.

ATTENTION:

To use the FBI L2 machine, the purchase of at least 1 CO.PACK injection cart is required, as the injectors are mounted on this external device to the FBI L2 structure, without at least 1 CO.PACK injection cart connected to the FBI L2, the main machine would be unusable, meanwhile the use of 2 CO.PACK injection cart is not obligatory, but necessary if you intend to inject 12 colors simultaneously.

The FBI L2 machine can therefore be ordered by adding 1 CO.PACK injection cart.

If you have already purchased 1 or more CO.PACK injection cart and they are available from your company, you can purchase the FBI L2 individually, and when you intend to use it, simply connect the FBI L2 machine to the cart.

It is possible to interchange the cart between multiple machines, but only 1 CO.PACK injection cart cannot work simultaneously on 2 or more machines, therefore if you have two FBI L2 systems, you must purchase at least 2 carts, one for each main machine, the minimum to start production.
